Built for the gym
in Lajpat Nagar.
Not the studio in California.
Most fitness software was built for an American or European market and translated to Indian rupees. Dizios was architected ground-up for how fitness actually works in India.

Why imported software fails in India.
American gym software assumes credit card subscriptions, strong internet, English-only members, monthly billing cycles, and 500-member boutique studios. None of these hold true for the Indian fitness market.
The result is a generation of Indian gym owners trying to force their reality into systems built for someone else's. Workarounds upon workarounds. Spreadsheets to fill the gaps. WhatsApp to handle what the software can't.
We designed Dizios for the actual reality on the ground.
How payments actually work in Indian gyms.
The typical Indian gym collects payments through four channels:
- UPI (the dominant channel, often direct to owner)
- Cash (still meaningful, especially Tier-2/3)
- Bank transfer (for larger amounts)
- Card (less common except premium studios)
Most software handles one or two of these. Dizios handles all four, reconciles them daily, and gives the owner a single source of financial truth. Razorpay integrated for online collection. Cash drawer reconciliation built in. GST-compliant invoices generated automatically. GSTR-1 export for the accountant.
Built for when the internet doesn't work.
Tier-2 and Tier-3 gyms deal with patchy connectivity constantly. A power cut, a router restart, a network issue, and most fitness software stops working.
Dizios works offline. Member check-ins, attendance marking, workout logging, all operate on the local device. When connectivity returns, everything syncs automatically. No data loss. No interruption.
This isn't a feature. It's an architectural decision made on day one.
Hindi by default. WhatsApp throughout.
Most fitness software assumes members read English fluently. Most don't. Dizios's member app launches in Hindi by default, with English available, and more regional languages on the roadmap.
Most fitness software uses email or in-app notifications for communication. Indian fitness runs on WhatsApp. Dizios integrates WhatsApp Business API natively, letting studios send renewal reminders, payment confirmations, attendance streaks, and member check-ins through the channel members actually read.
Every fitness format in India.
Including the ones nobody else handles.
Dizios works for:
- Neighborhood gyms (the backbone of Indian fitness)
- Boutique studios (yoga, pilates, dance)
- CrossFit and HIIT boxes
- Martial arts schools
- Society gyms managed by RWAs (with our unique RWA flow)
- Multi-format centers
The society gym format is unique to India. Most software ignores it. Dizios was built with society gym onboarding as a first-class flow.
