Infrastructure
for the fitness industry.

The fitness industry in India has been broken in the same way for thirty years.

Members join with hope and quit with disappointment. Eighty percent within ninety days. The pattern is so consistent that gym owners have stopped trying to fix it. They've built business models that assume churn.

Trainers spend years building skill, building reputation, building client transformations. Then they switch jobs and lose all of it. Their salary is capped by whoever owns the gym they're at. Their certifications sit in folders nobody verifies. Their work is invisible.

Studio owners drown in operations. Attendance in notebooks. Payments in screenshots. Trainer schedules on whiteboards. Member chats on personal WhatsApp until 11 PM. They run businesses they can't actually see.

This isn't a software problem. It's a system problem.

The world has tried to fix it the wrong way. Every few years, a new gym CRM launches. A new attendance app. A new member tracking tool. Each one solves a slice. None of them solve the system.

Because the system isn't a collection of features. The system is the way three roles, owners, trainers, members, have been forced to operate disconnected from each other.

The owner has data. The trainer has expertise. The member has effort. Nothing connects them. Nothing learns from them. Nothing protects them from each other when something goes wrong.

That's what we set out to build. Not software for studios. Infrastructure for the industry. An operating system that makes the three roles work as one.

We started with the hardest part: the AI layer. Not as a feature, but as the foundation. Trainer matching that considers goals and availability and reputation. Session generation scored on three dimensions before it reaches a member. Safety compliance that flags banned substances and unsafe advice. Retention prediction that catches churn before it happens.

We built it for India. Not for a 500-member boutique studio in California. For the 120-member neighborhood gym in Lajpat Nagar. The yoga studio in Koramangala. The society gym in Wakad. The CrossFit box in Andheri. UPI native. Offline first. Hindi by default. WhatsApp throughout.

We made it free to start. Because a 40-member studio with no software shouldn't have to pay before they see value.

We made it transparent for trainers. Their Dizios Score, their earnings, their compliance, all visible. All portable. Their professional future, finally something they own.

We made it portable for members. Their workouts, their PRs, their journey, never tied to one studio. They can move. They can pause. They can return. Their fitness identity travels with them.

This is the foundation we shipped. The first version of infrastructure for an industry that's never had it.

The next decade of Indian fitness will look nothing like the last three. The studios that operate intelligently will outpace the ones that don't. The trainers with verified professional identities will earn what they've always deserved. The members whose journeys travel with them will stop quitting after ninety days.

We're building all of that.

If you run a studio, we want to give you the system you've been missing.

If you train clients, we want to give you the platform you've been waiting for.

If you train at a gym, we want your fitness to finally be yours to keep.

This is just the beginning.
