Dizios is a software platform operated by Vikrama Innovations Pvt Ltd, registered in India. When this policy says "we" or "Dizios," we mean the team behind the platform. When this policy says "you," we mean any user of Dizios — whether you are a studio owner, trainer, or member.

From studio owners

When you sign up your studio for Dizios, we collect:

• Your name, email, phone number
• Your studio name, address, GSTIN (if applicable)
• Payment method information (processed by Razorpay, not stored by us)
• Information about your members and trainers as you add them
• Operational data: attendance, payments, member interactions

From trainers

When trainers use Dizios through their gym:

• Name, contact details
• Professional details (certifications, specializations)
• Performance data: sessions delivered, ratings, retention metrics
• Compensation data (managed within your studio)

From members

When members use the Dizios app:

• Name, phone number, email
• Date of birth (optional, used for age-appropriate recommendations)
• Health-related information you choose to share (goals, injuries, medical conditions, allergies)
• Workout activity, attendance, body measurements (only what you log)
• App usage patterns

Automatically collected

Like most online services, we automatically collect:

• Device information (type, operating system, browser)
• IP address and approximate location
• Usage analytics (which features you use, how often)
• Crash reports and error logs

We use your information to:

• Provide the Dizios platform to you and your studio
• Match members with appropriate trainers using AI
• Generate workout recommendations based on goals and progress
• Process payments and send transactional communications
• Detect potential safety issues (banned substance mentions, medical risks)
• Improve our AI models and platform features
• Comply with legal obligations (GST, tax records)

Dizios uses artificial intelligence to deliver many of its features, including trainer matching, workout generation, retention prediction, and safety monitoring.

You should know:

• AI can make mistakes. Dizios AI provides recommendations based on patterns, not certainty. AI-generated workouts, supplement guidance, retention predictions, or safety flags should be treated as informed suggestions, not absolute truths.
• AI is not a substitute for professional judgment. Trainers should apply their professional expertise to AI-generated session plans before delivering them. Studio owners should validate AI-flagged risks before acting. Members should consult qualified medical or fitness professionals before making significant changes to their training, nutrition, or supplementation.
• AI does not replace medical advice. Dizios is not a medical device. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. If you have health concerns, consult a doctor.
• Your data improves the platform. Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us improve Dizios's AI capabilities. We do not sell raw personal data to third parties for AI training.

We share your information only in these circumstances:

With your studio. If you are a member or trainer, your data is visible to your studio owner and the trainers/managers your studio authorizes.

With service providers we use to run Dizios. This includes hosting providers (Vercel, Hostinger), payment processors (Razorpay), communication services (WhatsApp Business API, Meta), analytics tools, and error monitoring services. These providers handle data on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes.

For legal reasons. If we receive a valid legal request from Indian authorities, we may share information as required by law.

For safety. If we believe sharing is necessary to prevent harm to a person (for example, in case of a medical emergency or detected safety violation), we may share relevant information with appropriate parties.

We do not:

• Sell your personal data to anyone
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for advertising on third-party platforms
• Allow other studios to see your members or trainers

We use industry-standard security practices:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all communications
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data
• Role-based access controls within our systems
• Regular security reviews
• Limited employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data we hold
• Correct inaccurate data about you
• Delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
• Complain to the Data Protection Board if you believe your rights have been violated

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@dizios.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.

We retain your data as long as you have an active Dizios account and for a reasonable period after your account is closed:

• Active account data: Retained while your account is active
• Closed account data: Retained for 90 days after closure for recovery purposes, then deleted or anonymized
• Financial records: Retained for 8 years to comply with Indian tax law
• Legal hold data: If subject to legal proceedings, retained until matter is resolved

Dizios is intended for users 18 and over. Members under 18 may use Dizios only with explicit parental consent provided through their studio. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately.

Dizios operates from India. Some of our service providers may be based outside India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any cross-border data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and platform to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Analyze how you use Dizios
• Improve performance and security

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.

We may update this policy as Dizios evolves. We will notify you of material changes through email and an in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

They are not infallible. Users should apply professional judgment and consult qualified experts before making significant decisions about training, nutrition, supplementation, or health.
