Terms of Use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Vikrama Innovations Private Limited (GSTIN 06AAKCV5577A1Z7, 2nd Floor, No. 2921, Sector 46, near Amity Global School, Gurugram, Haryana 122001), which runs Dizios. By creating an account or using Dizios, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Dizios.
We have tried to keep them readable. Our Privacy Policy (dizios.com/legal/privacy) explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
1. What Dizios is
Dizios is software for fitness. It helps:
- studios (gyms, yoga, pilates and other fitness businesses) run memberships, staff, classes, payments and member engagement;
- trainers and teachers manage clients, plans, schedules and a professional profile;
- members and visitors follow plans, track progress, and find studios and trainers.
Dizios provides the tools and the platform. We do not provide training, classes or medical services ourselves. Studios and trainers do. When you join a studio or train with a trainer you found on Dizios, your agreement for that service is with them, not with us.
2. Who can use Dizios
- You must be 18 or older, or use Dizios through a studio with your parent's or guardian's consent.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your phone and login secure, and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.
- You can have one personal account. Studios can add staff accounts for their team.
3. Your health and safety
Exercise has risks. Please read this section carefully.
- Check with a doctor first. Before you start any new exercise, yoga or diet routine, consult a doctor, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, or have not exercised for a long time.
- AI suggestions are drafts, not medical advice. AI-drafted plans, suggestions and flags can be wrong. Dizios is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Stop if something feels wrong. If you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, stop and get help.
- You choose and train at your own risk. You decide whether to follow any plan, and you take part in workouts at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.
4. If you are a member
- Your studio membership (fees, refunds, freezes, rules) is between you and your studio. Dizios shows and records it for the studio.
- Health details you share help keep your plan safe. Please keep them accurate.
- Rate studios and trainers honestly, based on your own experience. Ratings are allowed only after verified visits or sessions.
5. If you are a trainer or teacher
- Be accurate. Your profile must be true: your name, photos, experience, certificates, prices and the studios you work at.
- Don't misuse certificates. Never upload a certificate that isn't yours or has been altered. We may check certificates with the issuer or registry, and we remove accounts that use fake ones.
- Know what badges mean. A badge confirms only the specific check named on it, for example that a certificate matched a registry. It is not a guarantee of your skill or conduct. Don't describe a badge as anything more.
- You are responsible for your training. That includes reviewing AI-drafted plans before you approve them, and training safely within your qualifications.
- Stay safe. Never recommend banned substances, or medicines that need a prescription.
- Your agreements with clients are yours. When you train clients outside a studio (at home, online, or in a park), your agreement, prices and payments are between you and your client. Dizios does not collect or hold that money today.
- Respect the studio's members. If you work at a studio, you may not copy, export or message its members for your own business, except members who choose to follow or contact you themselves through Dizios.
- Deal with people respectfully. Be respectful and professional with everyone you meet through Dizios, and especially on home visits.
6. If you run a studio
- Members' data: you must have a lawful basis, normally the member's consent, to add members' information to Dizios, and you must use it only to run your business.
- Data processing: you are the data fiduciary for your member records. We process them for you under our Data Processing Agreement.
- Your listing: your studio's public information (photos, timings, prices, facilities) must be accurate and yours to publish.
- Your staff: you are responsible for staff you give access to.
- Trainers' records: trainers' professional records (their profile, certificates and overall ratings) belong to them, even after they leave your studio. Your member data stays with you.
- Your services and taxes: you are responsible for the services you sell, your own taxes and invoices to members, and following the laws that apply to your business.
7. Things nobody may do on Dizios
- Break the law or help someone else break it.
- Post false, misleading, abusive, hateful, sexual or harmful content, or impersonate anyone.
- Post fake ratings or reviews, or pay or pressure anyone for ratings.
- Collect other users' data, scrape Dizios, or use it to send spam.
- Try to hack, overload or reverse-engineer Dizios, or get into accounts that aren't yours.
- Use Dizios to harass, stalk or threaten anyone.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share, including other people's photos without permission.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
8. Your content
- You own it. Content you add (photos, profile text, workouts you create, notes, reviews) stays yours.
- You give us a licence to use it on Dizios. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display it, only as needed to run Dizios. For example, we show your published trainer profile at its public link and in search results, and we show your studio's photos in discovery.
- Unpublishing ends public display. If you delete content or unpublish your profile, we stop showing it publicly, though copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
- We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
9. Dizios content
The Dizios app, website, design, brand, software and our exercise and pose library belong to Vikrama Innovations Private Limited or its licensors. Some library media is used under open licences, and their credits are kept with the content. You may use Dizios for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, resell or rebuild it.
10. Plans and payments
- Studio subscriptions: the price and what's included are shown when you sign up or in your billing settings.
- Free and trial periods: these end on the date we tell you. We will not charge you without your agreement.
- How billing works: paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay. Prices exclude GST unless stated.
- Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before the change applies.
- Cancellation and refunds: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of your paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it or for an annual plan cancelled within 14 days of payment.
- Trainers and members do not pay Dizios today. If we introduce paid features for them, we will show the price clearly and ask before charging.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Dizios available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. If a change takes away something important that you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
12. Our responsibility to you
Dizios is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows:
- What we are not responsible for:
- the services, advice, conduct or prices of studios and trainers;
- injuries from workouts you choose to do;
- decisions anyone makes based on AI suggestions;
- losses you could not reasonably have expected, such as loss of profit or business.
- The cap on our liability: our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Dizios in the 12 months before the claim, or Rs 10,000, whichever is higher.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
13. Ending your use
- You can stop at any time and delete your account from the app or at admin.dizios.com/account-deletion.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay. We give notice where reasonable.
- When an account ends: we handle your data as our Privacy Policy describes. Amounts already due remain payable, and sections 3, 8, 9, 12 and 14 continue to apply.
14. Disputes and the law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first: most problems can be solved by writing to hello@dizios.com. If a dispute can't be resolved within 30 days, the courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Grievance officer and contact

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dizios grows. For significant changes, we will tell you in the app or by message before they apply. If you keep using Dizios after that, the new terms apply.
